Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your first chance to make a great first impression on buyers before they walk into your house. The pluses and minuses that jump out at buyers form their initial thoughts about your house and how you perform house's regular maintenance.
Understanding this assists us in determining what steps we can take to attract buyers from the street and into your house. If your house isn't the best it can look on the outside with refreshed paint and blooming greenery it's time to get those things done. Follow the Curb Appeal Checklist and increase your home's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Does your place seem to say, "This is Your New Home" to a buyer? Looking through your property with a critical eye, I'll recommend arrangements that build up market appeal.
I'll suggest that you eliminate things that give the appearance of clutter. Surface areas like tables, desks and counters should be free and clear. Brick-a-brack, souvenirs, family photos, and refrigerator artwork should get moved out of sight. We'll de-clutter your house. Unattractive or busy places make your home feel unkempt and buyers have a harder time picturing themselves calling your place home.
I know exactly what a room's best characteristics are and how to highlight them. I'll point out the pieces of furniture that should be put in storage, rooms that need new paint, rugs needing to get changed, fixtures that need brightening, and any other improvement that can quickly be made to positively affect the sale.
I'll make sure that your house is appealing and that it's comfortable, steering clear of "loud" or "too-bright" colors on the walls and furniture. And if you've already moved out, you can consider borrowing furniture. You want your house to look inviting as opposed to bare.

Setting the Stage
You'll know when it's time to open your home up to buyers, because all of the improvements mesh together to set the stage for what buyers can envision when they consider buying your house. To eliminate shadows critical and we'll part the curtains, and create light where needed to invite the buyer inside. We'll enhance the ambiance with enjoyable music playing lightly and ensure a nice aroma circulates from every room. We'll add cozy-looking bedspreads, and throw pillows on your couch and bedding. Buyers should feel like your current home has the potential to be. |
